| Our Search Process.Business goals and strategies drive tactics to acquire the right people. We are the catalyst to execute this. Finding individuals who are well qualified and prepared to consider a change in employment is our prime objective. We believe this is best accomplished through research and direct sourcing, except under special circumstances when advertising might be required. We invite the most promising candidates to an interview. We assess their background, experience, potential and chemistry to fit well within your organization. We also determine if they want the job and why. Their reasons are an important part of our evaluation. We then discuss our findings with the client, and make our assessments as objectively as we can, bringing up any concerns the candidate may have about the position and letting the hiring Manager know their expectations. Of course, the final appointment decision is always the client's. Given that an offer is no guarantee that the selected candidate will accept it, we use our diplomacy and negotiation experience to facilitate a positive response. Detailed reference checks on the finalists are carried out. As we progress through an assignment, all candidates, regardless of source, are integrated into the search process and are evaluated in the same focus by us to maintain continuity and objectivity. Candidate Guarantee for Searches If a candidate leaves the client’s employment within the agreed to probationary period we undertake to replace the candidate at cost, i.e. out-of-pocket expenses and any additional research costs. Receipt of payment within 14 days of final invoice date validates the replacement guarantee. |
